1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website agarwalcertificates.com and the certificate assistance services offered by Agarwal Certificate Services ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Shop No. 605, 6th Floor, Raksha Addela Mart, Gaur City-2, Greater Noida West, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201318. By accessing our website, calling, WhatsApp-ing us, or submitting the contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

We provide consultation, documentation assistance, and facilitation services for government certificates including but not limited to Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate, Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Jeevan Pramaan Patra (Life Certificate), and Sparsh Life Certificate for defence pensioners. We act as a facilitator between you and the concerned government department/portal — we are not a government body, and final issuance of any certificate rests solely with the relevant government authority.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents for the service requested. Any delay, rejection, or legal consequence arising from incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information/documents supplied by you is your sole responsibility. You must be legally authorised to apply for the certificate/service being requested (e.g., as the applicant, parent, guardian, or authorised representative).

4. Service Fees & Payments

Service charges are quoted separately based on the certificate type, urgency (regular vs. Tatkal/expedited), and government fees applicable. Government fees, if any, are payable in addition to our service charges and are subject to change as per official notifications. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of consultation. Fees once paid for processing already initiated with the government department are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Processing Time

Estimated processing timelines shared during consultation are indicative and depend on the respective government department, portal availability, verification requirements, and document completeness. We are not liable for delays caused by government offices, portals, courier partners, or force majeure events.

6. Third-Party Government Portals

Our services may involve submission of applications through official government portals (e.g., CRS/e-Nagrik, state civil registration systems, Jeevan Pramaan, Sparsh). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, policy changes, or data handling practices of these third-party government systems.

7. Doorstep & Consultation Services

Where doorstep document collection/verification is offered, appointment timings are subject to confirmation and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Free consultation covers general guidance on the process and required documents; it does not guarantee approval or issuance of any certificate.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to assist with your application accurately and promptly. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from rejection, delay, or modification of your application by the concerned government authority, or from incorrect information provided by you.

9. Privacy of Your Information

Personal details and documents shared with us (name, phone number, email, address, identity/certificate documents) are used solely for processing your requested service and communicating with you, and are shared with government portals/departments only as required to complete your application.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on agarwalcertificates.com, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Agarwal Certificate Services and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable government rules. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Greater Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
